My apologies, @CraigLonie. I didn’t realize you were in the UK; I made the lab recommendation based on the labs available in the US. In the UK, ShootProof is partnered with Loxley Color, who are located in Glasgow. There are not panoramic-aspect-ratio prints available through ShootProof via Loxley, but that doesn’t mean that Loxley doesn’t carry them. Head over to their website to see that they specifically call out panoramic print sizes.

You’ll need to follow the same plan I outlined in my last comment - set up the print sizes you want to offer as self-fulfilled items on your price sheet (see how here) and your clients will be able to order via ShootProof, and then you will fulfill the order directly with Loxley.

If I can clarify more, let me know!

Hi @CraigLonie

To make this work with ShootProof, you’d need to only select the print sizes that match your image’s aspect ratio. There are some 2:1 print sizes available to be ordered with labs through ShootProof, but not 4:1 or 10:1.

I know that Miller’s has custom sizes available, but you have to process them manually through their ordering platform.  To do this through ShootProof, you’d have to list the prints as “self-fulfilled” items on the pricing sheet. Your client can place their order, make the payment, and then you would then go place that order from the lab’s ordering platform and fulfill it for them.

Hopefully that helps!

Hi @CraigLonie,

You can get info about Miller’s Lab from this link: https://www.millerslab.com/home

You should be able to get the information you need there, I am not familiar with what print labs in the UK could do this.

Thanks,
