Order Payment Denial

I have tried pushing through an order using two different credit cards as payment methods for a personal order. It’s accepted on the front end of the software, then when I go to approve it and send it to the printer it comes back with this message. It’s happened many times over the last two years with credit cards that are working fine otherwise. Can I get detail as to why this is happening?

Hi @Karen9999 - that decline code means it’s coming from the bank of the card; you would need to reach out to the bank and find out what’s going on. This article  explains the specific error message you’re getting. Hopefully the bank can help you get that order put through!
