Badge

Some of my customers are having problems downloading files to mobile. They can’t tick the Accept terms… box because the box for entering an email address partly covers it. Is there a way to correct this?

Is there a certain device type or mobile browser this is happening on, @MattDavenport? If you can get us additional details such as device, operating system version, screen shots, etc. The more info we have, the more we can help sort this out! Thanks in advance!

Hi Megan

Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve attached a screen shot from my customer. You’ll notice that the submit button covers the site policy. I tried it as well on a 1st gen iPhone SE and had the same problem. I’ve now got the newer iPhone SE and it works fine, so it must be something to do with screen size.
