Help with a client order

Hello all!! I am new here, so I apologize if this has been covered before. I have a client that paid for the full gallery of downloads and now she says she can’t download anything. Under my order tab, it says paid, “yes”, but I don’t know how or when the client will receive the gallery to download.

Hi @ChristineParlett! Have you sorted this out with our support team? I’m sorry that you haven’t received a response here until now. If this hasn’t been , let me know. My best guess without knowing your settings would be that you set up Self-Fulfilled digitals instead of ShootProof fulfilled digitals. 

Alternatively, the email with the zip file went to your client’s spam folder.  Let me know how this was resolved!
