Can I use Subject Line Variables?

I’d love to have a variable for the shoot date for emails. I usually like to have “Proofs from your 9-30-20 shoot” in the subject line. The problem is that templates don’t have the date variable so I have to manually modify the subject line every time (which defeats the purpose of the automation). Is there a way to include the shoot date in the subject line?

Hi @SeaLight,

That sounds like something that could really be beneficial. I checked the Ideas! section of the community (ideas.shootproof.community) and there is currently a submission for exactly what you are referring to. Be sure to go and upvote the idea and hopefully it can be a feature added in the future.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,
