Can I adjust cropping in a client order?

A client has placed a print order that I need to approve, but one of the prints is cropped so that the subject’s head is cut in half. If the crop is simply moved up a bit, the problem would be solved. Is there any way for me to adjust that, or do I need to email the client (not even my client, it’s a relative ordering prints from the gallery), and then can they adjust it?

Thank you,

Heather

Hey @HeatherBrockley! Yes, you can adjust that before placing the order.

Go into the order, click the image that isn’t cropped correctly, and a window will pop-up allowing you to adjust the red crop box! If this doesn’t work, you may need to check your pop up settings on your browser.

Oh, just thought of something- if the client selected a canvas, you may need to use the “replace photo” feature. A canvas crop is different since it needs to allot space for the canvas wrap.
