Tax ID Missing Error Message

Hello. I am brand new to ShootProof and just trying to set up my account. I am stuck at the Accept Credit Cards part in setting up ShootProof Pay. I keep getting a “Tax ID Missing !” error message even though I have repeatedly entered, re-entered, uploaded my IRS EIN SS-4 Form, checked for spelling and punctuation errors in my information, etc. Anyone else have same issue and how did you resolve it? I have sent an email to ShootProof, but I don’t know how quickly they respond and I’m anxious to finalize set up.

Hi Paula!

Sorry to hear you’ve been having difficulties with setting up your account. I’m sure you’ve already looked through our FAQs to troubleshoot, but I’ll attach it here just in case. You’ve done the right thing in contacting support directly, as they may need to look at your account to see what you’ve done specifically in order to be able to help. They’re usually pretty quick to work through tickets and respond, but do reach out here again if you haven’t heard from them!
