Getting error message when trying t load photos from LR "Could not contact the ShootProof web service (403)"

Did any of you get this message before? I tried reinstalling the plugin, updating LR ect. The problem has been going on for almost a week now, Haven’t heard back from support yet.

Thanks Adel, unfortunately my issue isn’t covered in the FAQ. I am in contact with the support team but is still couldn't be resolved. I am sharing in the community in case anyone else is encountering the same issue.
