gallery problems

I have tried loading galleries all morning, and they will not show any of the images to my clients.  I have also had clients unable to pay their invoices today, but could on a phone  Is there something going on?

I also could not access shootproof pay.  Help!!

Similar issue here. Uploading images to a gallery and they’re stuck “processing”. Grrrr. Slowing up my ability to deliver images to a client.

Same! Photos upload quickly but all stuck on processing.

I called the customer service line, and it mentioned that they are having system issues.  They can’t answer calls or emails at this time.  I have a ton of galleries to get out today, I wish it was just a message on the dashboard….

My photos did eventually show after being stuck on processing for almost an hour.

I’m having the same issues and it’s so frustrating, as this is the busiest time of year with tons of galleries to get out today. I hope they fix it soon. I tried calling as well and they are having issues with both phone and email. Could not have happened at a worse time :(

Well, this is not good!  Of course I promised that galleries would go out today and they are just processing!  That should make for a very cute Christmas card…a picture of a blue “processing” sign.

Hey Everyone!  Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.  Here is the latest update:

Update - We are awaiting a development from AWS (Amazon Web Services) to restore functionality to ShootProof. This is a wide spread, global outage affecting many service providers, Amazon.com included, and is currently being reported on by multiple media outlets. We do apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to restore functionality as soon as AWS is back up and running.
