I believe that they are!  I have heard that things are in the works, but unfortunately, I am not privy to that information.  I’m excited to see what they will be offering too!

Thanks Betsy. My subscription renews today so that’s bad timing. Are the deals for existing as well as new subscriptions?

I saw the email come in with the BF deal. Does this include Tave subscription? My account is tied to my Tave subscription and the BF info doesn’t detail if that includes both like last year.

Hello! I never received any BF deals, what are they?!

Black Friday deals… but only if you’re a US-based customer? :(

Here are this year’s Black Friday deals for US-based customers » https://www.shootproof.com/black-friday

If you are a customer based outside the US then unfortunately we don’t have a Black Friday deal for you this year, but we’re committed to offering other promotions in the future that you’ll be able to take advantage of. In the meantime, you’re able to get 16% off by pre-paying for a year via our regular plan pricing page.

@James can I ask why international customers weren’t given any offers this year for Black Friday, especially since ShootProof has consistently provided offers for all customers in previous years? Another ShootProof team member commented on how great of a year they had, launching 2 new features (which were, again, only available in the States, if I’m not mistaken). Yet, there’s no inclusion of this celebration for international customers. I understand that the offer is launched and it is what it is… but the fact that many of us have inquired and there’s no reason or reconciliation is pretty disappointing.

As a business owner, I also understand that a business isn’t required to offer any kind of discount or promotion for any event for any reason. That is the company’s choice and the company’s prerogative. However, if you’re going to create an offer or promotion, as a large-scale company serving international clients, why would you exclude such a large portion of your clientele?

Like Karissa I agree I would at least like an explanation as to why you have actively chosen to exclude overseas clients while offering your US base an offer.

I was about to purchase Tave (literally now) only thought i’d check there was no connection this year - to see this. Maybe its time to look somewhere more UK friendly….

I love that you are set on developing things but would love to know your international policy. Thanks in advance for your help

Hey @Elizabeth B and @KarissaJohnson  - thank you for your responses above. I would be happy to give you some more context.

We have offered Black Friday deals for all our customers every year for many years so we absolutely do recognize and value our customers who are located around the world, not just in the US. We have a lot of customers in the UK, Canada and Australia, as well as rapidly growing populations in many other countries.

That said, this year we’ve done some upgrades on our billing infrastructure and it impacted our ability to roll out this specific Black Friday deal to non-USD plans. This is just a temporary restriction and we fully intend to launch some opportunities for our customers outside the US to participate in some great promotions in the weeks ahead.

I apologize that this Black Friday deal wasn’t available to you, but we remain as committed to our global customer base as ever. Stay tuned for some exciting updates soon.

James.
