403 Error

I’ve been trying to get into shootproof for the last couple days and keep getting a 403 Error. I have changed absolutely nothing to my macbook pro and even have the site bookmarked. I thought the site was down, but now I’m going on day 3 with no access. I can login on my phone, but that does no good for uploading client galleries. Are their instructions to fix this issue?
