How to auto email wedding clients at various increments leading up to the wedding?
I am finding that most of my wedding clients are leaving payments until very close to their wedding dates. Whilst they are very entitled to do this, it’s not great for cash flow for my business. I know I can send out trigger based emails but these are created via the gallery information. How can I do this based on the invoice information (i.e. wedding date, payment due date)
What triggers the "opened" status for email last activity?
What is says in the title. I have recently had some emails where it appears they have opened the email 10+ times, but then asked me to resend the link because the hadn’t seen it. Is it possible if they’re using an email client/app, that it’s triggering the “opened” status?
how to assign two or more campaigns to a gallery?
I want to set up 3 reminders campaings to my gallery. 1) offers expires in two weeks2) offers expires in one week3) offers expires tomorrowI can’t find how to assign more than one.So, every time, I have to set a reminder for me to set up the “next” campaign… not very efficient?
ShootProof still fails SPF/DKIM
About a year ago, I posted a letter to the ShootProof Community Group (now defunct) about how the email system used by ShootProof doesn't have a properly signed SPF or DKIM record. Without records, this creates all sorts of havoc when trying to have successful email delivery. Booking Calendar - PLLLEEEAAAASSSEEEE Shootproof!!
I know this has been requested a lot, but I just want to know if maybe this will be the year that we get a booking calendar added? Please please please please Shootproof, give us an update with a booking calendar. And NO Tave, hate it!! I’ve been with Shootproof forever and I love everything your product has, except that missing piece. I’d hate to leave, but its becoming a real problem to not have an integrated calendar. Is this a least in the works??

Samples and Descriptions
I’m new to ShootProof. So far I love it. I created a Gallery and a Price Sheet and everything was super easy. My question is about providing descriptions and samples of the items I’m offering. I picked Bay Photo as my lab, so when it comes to creating the price sheet, I would sort of assumed that the descriptions and samples would fill in automatically from Bay Photo but I can’t find any way to do that. I mean, the products come from them so if I need a description of “Metal Prints” it should come from Bay Photo. What do people do? I mean I guess I could go to the Bay Photo website and copy/paste sample images and descriptions. Is this what other people do, or am I missing something? Thanks,Chris
Shootproof Black Friday special for ALL Customers
Last year Shootproof offered Black Friday deals for all of it’s customer but appears there is only one for US customers this year? Are we not having an offer this year? I’m in Australia and have taken up the offer each year so it’s very disappointing not to see one this year….
I would like to see a number of how many visitors per gallery. I know if I set it to request email, I can see this but if I don’t request email, I have no idea how many has clicked to see the gallery. I work with a lot of students who want to see but sometimes don’t have an email or don’t want to add their email 5 times if there are 5 different team galleries.
Is it possible to offer certain items as add on only combined with a gallery?
I apologize if this question was already answered, I did research beforehand but couldn’t find the answer I needed. I would like to offer my gift prints on;y as add on items with a collection that was purchased. Is this possible? If so, how can I do that?Thank you so much for your help!!!-Lydia
Calendar on one page
I would like to see the scheduling calendar on one page. By that I mean no scrolling up and down for every week when scheduling. It is so time consuming. I want to click through weeks and not have any more clicks or any risk of missing a error (say 8pm instead of 8am) in the diary.
403 cannot contact Shootproof...
I have done everything to resolve this on my end. My internet connect has a speed of 111mbps both upload and download (give or take a few, but in this range). I have rebooted LR, my computer, logged into and out of shootproof plugin, My computer, LR and my Shootproof plugin are all latest versions. It was all working fine, I updated a few galleries. Then, I imported new photos to LR, made new galleries and photo collections, then it was the 403 error. I can’t publish. Everything else on my computer and LR are working fine. I’m posting July 26th, 2022. I am not going to try to re-install my plug-in because that will delete all my galleries/photos I have uploaded through LR. If I can’t get an answer from ShootProof, I will have to go find another method/service.
Simple Form Email
I love that I am able to link the contracts with invoices and send an email to my client. I have been setting up templates for emails, campaigns and other items. But is there a way I am able to send a plain form/information email? No “Click to view” button, template,or other information? I want to send a “Final Email” with tips and reminders to my clients before the day of their session. I would love to use Shootproof so my branding/emails all look alike but I cannot seem to figure out how I can send a simple form email to my client.Is this possible, if so how?If it is not an option, I would love to suggest it to shootproof as an addition to their email options.
