A client has placed a print order that I need to approve, but one of the prints is cropped so that the subject’s head is cut in half. If the crop is simply moved up a bit, the problem would be solved. Is there any way for me to adjust that, or do I need to email the client (not even my client, it’s a relative ordering prints from the gallery), and then can they adjust it?Thank you,Heather
I love that I am able to link the contracts with invoices and send an email to my client. I have been setting up templates for emails, campaigns and other items. But is there a way I am able to send a plain form/information email? No “Click to view” button, template,or other information? I want to send a “Final Email” with tips and reminders to my clients before the day of their session. I would love to use Shootproof so my branding/emails all look alike but I cannot seem to figure out how I can send a simple form email to my client. Is this possible, if so how?If it is not an option, I would love to suggest it to shootproof as an addition to their email options.
Hey ShootProof Team!I’ve been trying to connect with someone to get answers regarding some of my issues with the ShootProof platform. There are things I LOVE about ShootProof (the fact that you’re the ONLY platform I could find that integrates with my local lab - Technicare, for one). However, there are two major frustrations I’ve had working with ShootProof and waiting longer than a year for answers and changes to be made for those of us not based in the US is making me wonder if sticking with ShootProof is right for my business. Having the lab integration is nice, but it comes second to my payment functions as this affects my transactions with EVERY client (not just the few who choose to order prints through the gallery). My first issue (as discussed in the ideas forum) is the lack of payment integrations for international customers. We want Stripe or Square. We need options. We want something other than PayPal/BrainTree. We need something that’s more user friendly, has better custome
I have been trying to upload pictures from Lightroom through the plug in. Not working. I get an error of [nil]. I have tried clearing my cache. Logging out of Lightroom, relogging in. Logging out of Shootproof. Not working. In my last go around, I lost all my collections in Lightroom that I had synced with Shootproof. Do I now have to reload all the collections again? Will that confuse Shootproof?
Hi, Is there a way to add multiple contacts to a gallery? For example, I shoot a lot of editorial content, and I often need to send the proofs to multiple people consistently - like the art director, project manager, retoucher, etc. Right now I can only assign one contact to the folder, and then I have to constantly manually add additional contacts. It would be much more convenient to assign multiple contacts to a gallery.

For me, I was a Canon 5DIII girl till I die… yes I liked the look of the Mark IV, but I was happy with my trusty steed and had no intentions of upgrading anytime soon. Then the mirrorless bug hit me. I switched to Canon R6 last year. Oh my freaking G.The tack sharpness. The auto eye tracking. The facial tracking. The tilt screen. The dual slots. The touch and drag focus!! (Seriously… that last one?!!) I actually took the time to configure this baby how I wanted it for me. Camera configuration settings are almost like fingerprints to photographers… I can’t pick up another photographer’s R6 and have the exact same results. I use the mid range focus ring adapter with my old lenses, and set the focus ring to change white balance. I have it set to eye track, BUT by holding down the old back button focus button (AE-ON), it toggles between touch and drag focus and eye focus so that I can still get those shots of inanimate objects even with people in the scene. (As an FYI, I don’t even USE back

Apparently the file sizes from my new camera are huge,….when I export from Lightroom to jpeg they are still too big for me to upload to shootproof. I know how to export for print, and how to export for web etc,…. but can anyone tell me the exact settings I could use when exporting from Lightroom, with shootproof in mind, keeping highest image quality possible for printing purposes.(currently exporting as standard, …..resolution 300, 100% image quality, JPEG, SRGB,….) I would be so grateful. Thank you!Victoria.
Is it possible to remove access to free digitals from only one sub album? Clients have prepaid for images, but Id like to offer the option to purchase extra while still giving them access to the free digitals without having to create a new gallery to log into.

For sure on IOS devices, people are telling me and I confirmed, that the “DOWNLOAD” button for an image disappears once it’s pressed, without always going to the page to enter their email and download. So far every time clients have used the Digital Downloads features, it’s been troublesome. Are others using this feature without issue?
