Hello.. I really dont know how to explain it.. but I will give it a try… When a client orders prints and they pick a size for their print say 8x10 or 10x10 but the image wont look like what they see in the gallery it will be cropped or what not.. and if they get the photo and its not what they wanted … can we put the images in the gallery as they would appear as ordered but then you really cant add all the different versions .. I guess I dont understand.. when I am in the ROES myself you can edit to make it fit the dimensions.. some photos the way shot or edited in photoshop change its dimensions.. so I guess I have to learn all that.. ughh I find this the hardest part of selling.. Anyone have simple tips or explanation how to do this I guess. Thanks

Hi
You can do this! In Gallery Settings > Shopping Cart, the very bottom option is “Allow Cropping”, which will turn on the ability for your clients to change the crop when they order a print that is a different size from the original image.
Second, when you’re approving an order, you can preview the crop in each line item. If you notice something isn’t quite right, you can click on the crop box and it will open it larger so that you can adjust it manually before the order is placed!
Keep in mind that canvases have a wrap margin, so it might be that you need to edit the photo to add a buffer area to keep the photo centered correctly. If you need to do that, you can download AND replace the file within the line item in the order page before placing the order with your lab!
Does this help? Let me know if I missed the mark of what you’re trying to do!
