It started with invoices not saving with a new templet that I made.
Today I found out that half of my scheduled email were not send. I set up a lot of emails as campaigns and wanted to check today, as I haven't received any feedback.
I send an email to support weeks ago, but still havent heard anything back!

I am sorry that you are having difficulty with the system. I know how frustrating it is when things don’t work the way we have set them up! Support is typically very timely in their responses, so it may be possible that their response went into a spam folder. Would you please contact them again? I will let them know to expect an email from you so that they can follow up asap. Please include any information regarding anything different between the emails that sent and those that did not, as it may help support identify where the issue is stemming from.
