Hi @AlejandraRamello ! This feature is automatically in your account - You’ll just need to add a canvas to your price sheet, make sure cropping is turned on in your gallery settings, and when your client chooses the canvas, they’ll see the previews!

This feature is fabulous! I’ve been looking at other software to be able to show clients their prints/canvases in scale on various walls in a home, but hopefully I won’t have to now! Will this feature be able to be used with packaged canvases and prints as well? I’ve tried to use it with my packages however it seems to only work with individual canvases at present. Thank you, Tracey

Love this feature, but I didn’t see it available in packages, only a la carte. Will that be a future feature?

@TraceyBeard and @JolieRodriguez The feature was added as a way to help your clients make purchasing decisions on the size on canvases.  When you sell a package, you (the photographer) are making that decision for them, so there’s not a place for them actually make a selection...But I agree that it would help if they could actually see it in the package :)  We’ll pass this feedback onto our Product Team.

This is a great feature! I just enabled it for my site; however, as it was mentioned above, you have to make sure cropping is enabled. I enabled it in my default gallery settings, but I had to go back and enable it for each gallery I already had in place as well.

I would LOVE to see this feature available for the other products, ie. prints.

Love this idea but it would be great if you could apply it to everything on your price list, canvas art is not my favourite so I’ve chosen to offer wooden and metal prints instead and I’d love to be able to show clients this! 

Any idea when we will have the option for clients to upload a photo of their actual room and modify it to scale for all the prints instead of a stock room?

Happy to see this direction from Shootproof.  I’ve been slowly migrating to Pic-Time because of their gorgeous storefront but really would love to stay with Shootproof!  What are the plans for beautifying the shopping experience for clients?  Thanks!

I have canvases on my gallery but it doesn’t come up. I cannot find a Gallery setting to allow cropping either. Can you point me in the right direction please?

The ideas you’ve shared to help make it even better are fantastic- applying it to other products and packages has been passed along for future iterations.  We don’t have timing to share, but subscribe to this section of the community to receive updates!

@JessicaForster to turn on cropping, go to your gallery Settings > Shopping Cart > Allow Cropping at the very bottom! You can also turn on cropping in your gallery preset if you want to use this going forward!

Yay! Please make this available for prints as well (for those of us who don’t love canvases) -- even better if there was an option to “add frames” to the prints but anything to help clients visualize is good. I’ve been hacking this with mockups from Creatsy but it is so time consuming and less than perfect.

Is this feature ever going to be available for prints too?  Not just for canvas?  And also is this only available in client galleries?  Or can this be in any public gallery?

The feature is fantastic, however it does not work with the metric system. :(

Yes, this is amazing, so glad it’s here… please for sure ad it to metals as I can’t seem to sell them without many emails and samples going back and forth… heck do it for all categories!!!!
