When I preview a gallery, the quality of the images is not good. I know they are tack sharp on my end but the gallery my clients see are not high quality. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting somewhere I need to change?I need my clients to see the quality of my work and right now that isn’t happening.
Would love to hear if anyone is purchasing Black Friday sales from Shootproof. I quickly glanced the the packages are confusing and must be upgraded from what I’ve originally purchased. I’m at the 25k upload package and currently paying $30/month but its looking like that package is currently $40/month even on the sale. Am I missing something?

For sure on IOS devices, people are telling me and I confirmed, that the “DOWNLOAD” button for an image disappears once it’s pressed, without always going to the page to enter their email and download. So far every time clients have used the Digital Downloads features, it’s been troublesome. Are others using this feature without issue?
Hi, Is there a way to add multiple contacts to a gallery? For example, I shoot a lot of editorial content, and I often need to send the proofs to multiple people consistently - like the art director, project manager, retoucher, etc. Right now I can only assign one contact to the folder, and then I have to constantly manually add additional contacts. It would be much more convenient to assign multiple contacts to a gallery.
Is there any plan to offer Stripe as a payment option at all for non US clients? I prefer not to use PayPal and keep people on the same page to complete their payment. Some clients miss the fact they don’t have to create an account with PayPal which adds to the time they take to make a purchase. Or is there another way to take payment without using PayPal?
Hey guys, I am having a hard time configuring my items and packages according to my own price list. How can I set up packages for 51, 100 or more selffulfilled prints or shootproof downloads? Apparently, I am limited to 50? Everytime I want to save more than 50 the package does not appear in the end or cannot be saved… My clients should be able to choose a 100 prints package but add there chosen images to cart even if they only took 74 for instance… (they will pay one price for 51 to 100 prints in this case). How to set up? How can I set an overall discount (like 20% for everyone) WITHOUT the need of changing different price lists one after another? How can I make the store automatically set the price for a full album / gallery digital download in relation to the containing images like 1-50 = €€€, 51-100 = €€€, 101-… and so on. Currently I have to set up several pricing lists with an individual complete album / gallery price (because a wedding album containing 800 images is something d

Hello all! I know that SP is used mostly for individual customers, but I am also doing Volume photography for sports teams. at the moment I am only doing 2 leagues but have multiple teams.Are there any tips / tricks to upload each job as a gallery with individual folders per player and assign a contact? I have been using another service for volume and would like to keep everything in one place in my SP. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Over 80% of my clients “severely” struggle with the downloading step where you enter your pin number. On my site the field where you enter the number isnt visible unless your cursor is hovering over it. Is there a way we can change that, am I the only one who struggles with this. Like 4/5 emails a week and phone calls explaining this to customers.
I was uploading a proofing gallery and was interrupted by a notice from Shootproof that I had run out of image space for my plan. I went and deleted some older galleries so I’d be well under my maximum number of images allowed. But now I can’t see any images. I have logged out and in. I have tried on a different browser. I have logged in on my phone (iOS). Nothing. I have four proofing galleries I need to send out on Monday. Freaking out.

If you haven’t used a campaign before, what’s the campaign type you’re most looking forward to trying? Trigger-based, Date-based, or the pre-written campaigns?
The last few galleries I have tried to upload, have been extremely slow! Like all night type slow. I recently downloaded the desktop uploader because I saw that is supposed to be faster and it is still taking a really long time. Is there any one else dealing with this? Does it have anything to do with the amount of galleries I already have in Shootproof?
Dear friends, I have been using Shoot proof thru my iPad, marked some FAVORITES but when I come to my desktop doesn’t recognize any favorites. Still appears at the iPad. I also have clients selecting some favorites thru their private access BUT I can’t see what they have selected. Would u Kindly help me with this? Many thanks
Hi, I cant seem to download images from the gallery in the black and white filtering. Is there a reason why I can’t? it says clients can view and order in BW filtering but I can’t seem to find the button where they can and when I download the gallery it only comes in colour. Thanks
