So here is the problem...have a football team I am photographer for..cover 3 different age groups in same team. Have them divided up in categories (ie U16, U18, CJFL)...in each category have created galleries by game dates as folders with albums in each.I created price sheets all across the board the same and packages in each sheet...only problem is now there is no way to gather all the faved pics from each album and send to client. I have to go into each album and send email link for each.Is there away to group all faves from one client and send one link? Portfolio website: https://skyhawks.shootproof.com/ And yes title has spelling mistake...lol Bill
I give vendors access to entire wedding galleries so they can select and download pics they want. Is there any way to have files renamed upon download (using their Vendor Rule I created)? I’ve heard back from vendors that they often don’t credit the photographer when using images because they can’t remember who the photographer was. So if they can download files and have them renamed to my studio name, then they can remember.
Hello everyone,I haven't been able to upload photos in Shootproof for a while now. Which is very annoying, because customers are waiting for it. Get a notification (see photo) that I've had before, but often it worked after that. Tried different browsers. But everywhere the same error. When I send an email to shootproof I get an email that they are 'working on it'.. but it takes me too long. Does anyone know what to do? Otherwise I'll have to switch unfortunately (which I'd rather not)Regards,Hendri (Netherlands)
Help!! I was working in one of my galleries, which had nearly 600 images in it, all in different folders. I uploaded a batch of 19 new images and suddenly those are the only images in the gallery. Every other image has disappeared. I did NOT delete these images. I need to recover my gallery! Has this ever happened to anyone else? What can I do??
I have been trying to upload pictures from Lightroom through the plug in. Not working. I get an error of [nil]. I have tried clearing my cache. Logging out of Lightroom, relogging in. Logging out of Shootproof. Not working. In my last go around, I lost all my collections in Lightroom that I had synced with Shootproof. Do I now have to reload all the collections again? Will that confuse Shootproof?

Apparently the file sizes from my new camera are huge,….when I export from Lightroom to jpeg they are still too big for me to upload to shootproof. I know how to export for print, and how to export for web etc,…. but can anyone tell me the exact settings I could use when exporting from Lightroom, with shootproof in mind, keeping highest image quality possible for printing purposes.(currently exporting as standard, …..resolution 300, 100% image quality, JPEG, SRGB,….) I would be so grateful. Thank you!Victoria.
Is it possible to remove access to free digitals from only one sub album? Clients have prepaid for images, but Id like to offer the option to purchase extra while still giving them access to the free digitals without having to create a new gallery to log into.
Use a Mobile App to Engage Your Clients!Tip of the Week
We're constantly surprised with the ingenious ways photographers come up with to use Mobile Apps in their businesses! Here are just a few ways to incorporate them into your current workflow:Give them away for free to clients as gifts or special add-ons. Sell a Mobile App as an add-on for a given session. Use for sneak peek views of photos for all types of sessions - seniors, newborns, families, and weddings. Increase referral business and gain new clients by utilizing the sharing capabilities in the Mobile App. Your brand and contact information is highly visible when a current client shares the App with others! Give away the App as a companion album for 100 of the images your client purchases in a physical album. If you’d like to watch the video on mobile apps, click here!
For me, I was a Canon 5DIII girl till I die… yes I liked the look of the Mark IV, but I was happy with my trusty steed and had no intentions of upgrading anytime soon. Then the mirrorless bug hit me. I switched to Canon R6 last year. Oh my freaking G.The tack sharpness. The auto eye tracking. The facial tracking. The tilt screen. The dual slots. The touch and drag focus!! (Seriously… that last one?!!) I actually took the time to configure this baby how I wanted it for me. Camera configuration settings are almost like fingerprints to photographers… I can’t pick up another photographer’s R6 and have the exact same results. I use the mid range focus ring adapter with my old lenses, and set the focus ring to change white balance. I have it set to eye track, BUT by holding down the old back button focus button (AE-ON), it toggles between touch and drag focus and eye focus so that I can still get those shots of inanimate objects even with people in the scene. (As an FYI, I don’t even USE back
Hi, I’ve noticed today my photos will not upload to any of my galleries right now. I’ve confirmed I am not at my storage limit and even deleted some just to make sure it wasn’t close. Any ideas if it’s just down or a bug or something? I’m trying to get a gallery out to a client.

I have a prom group who I would like to do a bulk lab order - ship it to me and then I would disperse to each parent. I am wanting to still let them pay the shipping cost but when I choose “Allow pick-up only” it removes shipping altogether. Why is this? Is there a way to let the client(s) still pay for shipping even on pick-up orders?

So I am in the process of checking out SP to replace SmugMug and have a few questions:Has anyone integrated SP with CaptureOne? I am using BayPhoto as my lab and they seem to offer more products on the SmugMug side of things, and they seem to offer more options. Will some of these other products be integrated? Is there any mechanism to show a customer online proofs for them to pick their favorites before the final edits are completed? On smugMug, I can purchase prints for myself at cost. Can this be done here too? Thanks
