For any client that spends big, usually over $600 in additional prints or product, I get a special gift. Today I’m ordering a curved print for a mini session client. So they will get their digitals, mobile app of their purchased images and as a surprise a curved metal print from ACi.

I like surprising them with the mobile app of their favorite photos. Thank you for the other ideas in the webinar.

In the webinar, I mentioned sending gifts through Greetabl - check them out here: https://greetabl.com/

Depending on the client, I’ll ask about favorite music that can played during the session with a portable Bluetooth speaker.  Favorite songs bring out great smiles and expressions.

Here the links for a couple of places to get small gifts.

I believe this is the place @Karen  mentioned: https://greetabl.com/

I’ve also ordered some stickers from https://www.moo.com/us/ with my clients photos on them, pretty interesting little way to have fun with their shoot. This is a little different, but you can also order 50 business cards from them for like $25 and put photos from their shoot with a thank you note instead of business card info, there are several creative ways to use business cards as an alternative.

I will keep this in mind during my mini sessions !

Yes! I do this at every studio shoot, I have a speaker specifically to play music they enjoy, it really helps the session and get’s them comfortable.

Great webinar today, Karen! I always bring a little gift to the session and another little gift follows up about a month after everything has been delivered and Christmas/holiday season/ anniversaries. I’m moving into IPS so some of that may change slightly, like adding a little booking gift. I definitely need to start doing the mobile app.

Great information today Karen, it was super easy to follow and comprehend  …... I feel like I'm underutilizing shoot proof lol, I find out new things every week just about through these webinars. Please keep them coming!  Great helper today as well from Matt

I just started experimenting with this, but I have a Canon Zink mini printer that prints stickers from an iPhone.  My assistant/wife is photographing behind the scenes and the idea is for her to give them a few prints at the end of the photo shoot.  What do y’all think?

Great webinar, I was on today. I was listening and sweeping and taking care of dishes all at the same time. Read through the great comments too. 🙂 I’ve not been on the community pages, and am realizing I”m not utilizing all the great shootproof features to help me run the biz side of my biz!
