Hi folks,

I’ll still trialling the platform and wanted to ask the experts about low res vs high res uploads.

Am I best to simply upload high res images (I’ll have 1000s), or is uploading low res images an option – after which I would then somehow email a client the high res images they purchase?

I’d like to get a definitive answer on this before I start uploading too many images.

Thanks in advance,

Peter

Hi @PeterW!

Since ShootProof plans are based on file quantity rather than size, you can upload high res files. If you want to give clients the option to buy or download low res files, we can resize them for you according to your specifications.

Hope that helps!

I would like to be able to upload low res versions for speed at and event and then replace them with a high res version later than night back in the office.

Unfortunately Shoot proof does not have the option to replace files when uploading ( via uploader anyway)
