Unable to upload using Ipad or Iphone (Connection stable and JPG used)

Help... I have tried using 2019 IPAD PRO to upload with zero success. I have used 4 different browsers with no luck. I ensured I had storage on my shootproof account and also a stable internet connection, which I did. I tried multiple ways uploading, to include using the “upload files” option and browsing to find my external hard-drive folder containing folder with photos. I also tried to “upload files” using the photos option and still no luck. With every attempt trying multiple ways, even trying my iphone X, as far as I could get is it to show the number of photos I was uploading, the button for upload, and lastly a quick progress bar then showing complete, but no photos came into gallery. It was still blank gallery. Need help

Hey @MikC! I’m really sorry that you’re having difficulty uploading. I just tested and was able to successfully upload on both my iPhoneX and my iPad. That sounds like you’re doing everything right,  so I’m going to create a ticket for you  for our support team to reach out and troubleshoot with you!

I’m also having the exact same issue. Brand new ipad, JPEG, perfect WiFi (I’ve tried other WiFis) how do I fix? They stop uploading after less than 10 images. I’ve tried to let it upload overnight and it still doesn’t
