Has anyone integrated SP with CaptureOne?

We do not currently have an integration with CaptureOne, but you can upload directly from Lightroom using the plugin or using our Desktop Uploader. 
 
 I am using BayPhoto as my lab and they seem to offer more products on the SmugMug side of things, and they seem to offer more options. Will some of these other products be integrated? 

Not all products that are available through the lab directly (or via another gallery service) are available through ShootProof, however, you can definitely add some items and self-fulfill them if you wanted to offer some other items. Here’s more on that: Can I do both lab and self-fulfillment?

Is there any mechanism to show a customer online proofs for them to pick their favorites before the final edits are completed?

You can share proof with your clients right inside of the gallery, they can pick favorites and you can even set it up so they can share their favorites with you and label them! Here’s how to set it up so they can share their favorites with you, and here’s how to set up labeling. 

On smugMug, I can purchase prints for myself at cost. Can this be done here too? 
Absolutely, you can order prints at cost through ShootProof from any of our lab partners directly through the gallery!
