Hi,
Is there a way to add multiple contacts to a gallery? For example, I shoot a lot of editorial content, and I often need to send the proofs to multiple people consistently - like the art director, project manager, retoucher, etc. Right now I can only assign one contact to the folder, and then I have to constantly manually add additional contacts. It would be much more convenient to assign multiple contacts to a gallery.

You can always use the shareable link and create a group email outside of ShootProof. Require the users to enter an email address so that their favorites are noted by account.
We second this!
We often want to send emails to a couple, but can only link one contact. We usually then copy the email we send to the contact and send another email through Shootproof to the other person.
It would be really nice to link multiple contacts to a gallery, with the option to send as a BCC. It would simplify the process, especially if we are sharing the gallery with multiple people or family members, which does happen. Of course we can do this outside Shootproof with a shareable link, but we would really like this option in Shootproof!

I would also like to see an option to upload an excel file of emails. We shoot school formals and it would be easier to get the emails of seniors parents from the school and load them in one go. we have used the event APP on iPAds which works well but slows down the process on the night.

This is very disappointing to discover - I feel like I just wasted a lot of time migrating from Pixieset, which does let me send emails to multiple recipients. I often have as many as 4 recipients a client would like their photos copied to (assistants and so on) and it’s prohibitively time consuming for my team to redo the email four times, on a deadline - especially since, after sending one email, I get kicked back to the gallery page and not the album I’m currently working on sending.
Hoping to hear a solution is forthcoming?

This is such a basic request and something that really should be so easy to activate. I need multiple partiers to access the same Gallery to make selects on jobs.

Not trying to make anyone angry but if we haven't gotten a response to this question in weeks does this mean that as paying customers of Shootproof that they don't care about us, our needs or our feedback? Because I need to add multiple contacts to a gallery also...immediately. Linking a spreadsheet or uploading multiple contacts for access would be ideal. So frustrated!

Not angry at all - and I can completely understand your frustration so please know I am genuinely sorry for the delay in coming back with an update. The product team are currently in the process of reviewing ALL of the ideas submitted in order to work out what to prioritise, what to be report back as already in motion, and what to consider for the future from a company objective level. Unfortunately, this takes some time and whilst I can tell you that the entire team DO truly care about our Shootproof users and your needs, and they are reading each piece of feedback, the process from feedback collection to final delivery of new features can take some time (and in the past year the team have had to heavily focus on other areas for development).
All of that to say - I haven’t forgotten about coming back with an update - I just don’t have one yet. Once the team have reviewed and decided upon the next set of ideas to implement, they will let me know and we should have a way to communicate this to everyone in the community in due course. PLEASE feel free to check in any time in the meantime (bumping the post can encourage others to vote!) I will however also bump this to spotlight this week with the team to see if I can get an update asap.

Count me on this as well. As someone also mentioned, being able to send an invoice to 2 or more email addresses would be great. I shoot school groups (marching band, choir, etc.) and invoices go to both the school and booster club. Yes, it’s weird, but that’s how we do it here.

Why does the thread say it's solved, if the feature hasn't been added? I do senior portraits, where I need the senior and parent linked to the gallery. This seems like an easy add.

I need the option to setup multiple gallery contacts as well. I photograph events where I frequently have multiple contacts (event planner, marketing company) who need access to the gallery.
Having read the previous comments above, I am surprised it has taken this long to get the multiple gallery contacts feature in place.
Same problem:
a family with 11 people, I cannot add the 3 head family adresses.
Please update, It's a problem reported over 2 years ago.
While I appreciate the headache modifying this situation must be, I find it incredibly insulting to your paying customers not to try to remedy this problem. Clearly there is a need for this option!
New user, so hoping this is the only downfall for this application.
