Unfortunately, I lost access to my account. The card I had on file was closed by my banking institution due to a fraud transaction that came through. I completely forgot to update it with shootproof. I just realized it last night and when I went into the account, everything was gone. I’m praying there is some way that I can get everything back. Has this happened to anyone else? I can pay whatever it takes to retrieve the pictures. My children’s entire life in pictures were uploaded there.
Please give me some hope!
