Issue with Downloading

Hi! I have a client who is trying to download the images from her gallery and she is not receiving the email with the zip file. I also tested this out with my own personal email and on my Dashboard it shows my email failed but hers did not. She checked her spam folder and nothing. She tried multiple emails and nothing. She cleared her cache and cookies for good measure and still nothing. 

Is this a new issue? Can someone help me troubleshoot?
