I agree with this, to disable screen shots it stops the ones who only want your work to show off but have no intention to buy.. high school students buy nothing only parents buy same for my sports, players just take and share parents are the ones who buy.This has been a 15 year journey for me and being you are forced to do all online that one small thing available by others should be available by shootproof. While there are other things disabling screen shot is one item that makes me think in should move to another vendor no matter the cost.. if I picked up a few more clients that could not just steal items and actually buy, it would pay for itself.
Hello! I am starting into school photography. I would like to find a way to offer the pictures online as well. Is there a way to send pictures to each parent, but only have it so that they can see their child? I would be working with school with about 300 kids, so hopefully something easy and convenient. Also, how will taxes work with schools? The schools in NY state are tax exempt. Does anyone here work in NY with schools and know how to deal with taxes? Thank you!
On the page that shows all the thumbnails of images in a gallery, across the top of the page is a bar several icons (HOME, INFO, AND FAVORITES). Nothing happens when I click on HOME. In fact, the cursor doesn’t even show it’s linked. With the other two icons the cursor changes to a hand with a pointy finger. What can I do to make that active? Thanks!
When I upload images to a gallery they never ALL add to the successfully. I always have to go back and figure out which ones did not work and try again to add those photos to the gallery again. I usually have to do this a few time before ALL of the images are finally added to the gallery. I find this very frustrating! How do I fix this?
I want to limit my linked contact to only be able to download all the free social size images one time. But I dont see how to do that you can limit number but that doesnt make sense since they could not choose all and download one image several times then not have enough to choose the others. But now i have the client downloading images several times ..Isnt there a way to do One complete download and done or is that up to me to turn it off? Im sure they are downloading then sharing with family...they are social size so printing wouldnt look so good.. but many just share digitally.
Please can someone help me? I want to make prints for a client but the entire portrait cannot fit on the canvas /print preview on my print store. The crop I am seeing on my own end is cropping off clients’ family members and their heads. I tried to rearrange the crop but it is not allowing me to fix the entire picture into the frame. There is no way I am going to buy a print that has cropped off some very important details. Please can someone help me figure out what to do please?
Large Gallery 2500+ upload. Photos that were uploaded and sorted into albums are now missing in my gallery of 5,095 photos. I’ve just spent two days uploading and sorting photos, Iv’e triple checked that they are indeed uploaded, I remember sorting them into albums, now they are not showing themselves. They are in the system, but not visible. HELP! When I preview a gallery, the quality of the images is not good. I know they are tack sharp on my end but the gallery my clients see are not high quality. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting somewhere I need to change?I need my clients to see the quality of my work and right now that isn’t happening.
I literally can not deal with this any longer this has been a long while that I have been dealing with slow upload 90 percent of the time. it was never like this when I started a few years ago. looking to switch companies. high volume photographers can not be dealing with this. I have angry clients waiting because the upload is so slow and not going through and some images missed everytime I upload so have to re run it to catch a few
Hi! Is there any way to control the rooms that are seen during the preview/mockup view with the canvas item group during client purchase? Is there a way to disable this feature or use our own background templates? I’m not a fan of some of the walls that are shown. Thank you,Cristina Seal
Does anyone use Fundy Designer for Wall Art and Album design and integrate it in their workflow with ShootProof? I currently use ShootProof for galleries and am thinking of beginning to do in person sales (or Zoom sales). Need a robust wall art and album design software so I can sell more to clients. I don’t want to invest in studio management software yet, but wonder if I can still make use of ShootProof for contracts and email to clients, then use Fundy to design and show during my sales consult. Fundy would produce a detailed invoice for me to take client payment and give them copy of invoice. Then could I go into ShootProof and produce just a one line item invoice to take payment? I would place print and album orders for Millers Lab directly through Fundy, but wall art orders would be placed manually, as Fundy doesn’t have a direct order relationship with the lab I use. Any suggestions?
I started galleries for everything and had categories they were in. Now learning the home button doesn’t work to get my clients back to the main page I now need to move all my galleries into albums so they can actually get back and not give up and leave the website frustrated as I’m losing potential sales due to the lack of the “home” button being actually a HOME button.Is there a way to move all the photos from one gallery to an album that is under another gallery and not have to reupload them from my computer?
Hi all, New to Community. I did a search but couldn’t find an answer so thought I’d ask here. Is there a way to tie mobile apps to the contacts page? Meaning, currently when I click to “share” a mobile app, I then have to go to my contacts page, copy the email address, then go back to share mobile app to paste in the address. Is there a shortcut to email addresses in apps that I am overlooking? I’m hoping there's a setup for them like we have in the gallery email areas. Thoughts? Many thanks! Wendy
So here is the problem...have a football team I am photographer for..cover 3 different age groups in same team. Have them divided up in categories (ie U16, U18, CJFL)...in each category have created galleries by game dates as folders with albums in each.I created price sheets all across the board the same and packages in each sheet...only problem is now there is no way to gather all the faved pics from each album and send to client. I have to go into each album and send email link for each.Is there away to group all faves from one client and send one link? Is there a way to add custom templates for Free Digital Rules?All I see there are the defaults that ShootProof has. Generally, I like to give the option for full resolution along with one or two social media sizes (for example, 2048 pixels for Facebook, and 1080 pixels for Instagram), and right now I have to manually set these up. Would be awesome if there is a way to build our own templates; I don’t see this as an option currently.
