How do I send an individual email to a gallery visitor without having to cut and paste their email address?  Seems like we could just click, write and send, but I don’t see that option.  I like ShootProof, but it has it’s stress points!

Hi @KimWoodPhotography! Is the person a Linked Contact? If so, you can email them from the “Share Gallery” link, without having to manually enter their email address. If not, then you’d need to copy and paste the email since there isn’t a way to choose a particular email address to send an email to from the visitor report.

If you do portrait photography, you might consider adding Linked Contacts to all your galleries, since you’re usually communicating with just one person - it can be a big time saver!

Hope that helps!

Wish this was a feature too. I have lots of repeat business clients that I send new galleries to all of the time. Having to copy and paste and email I use weekly is a pain. Wish it at least remembered frequently used emails that I invoice all of the time.

If you set up the client as one of your contacts and set up an email template, you wouldn’t need to copy and paste anything. It saves me a lot of time by creating my email templates to communicate with my clients. :)
