I have a client who insists that she has been charged for an order, but no order was completed. I am asking her for documentation from her credit card statement, but it occurred to me that I do not know how the charges will appear. I use the Shootproof payment gateway. Anyone know?

That is unfortunate that you are having an issue like that. I use the ShootProof gateway and all my transactions have ShootProof in the description somewhere. I went to my bank and typed in “ShootProof” and all my transactions have come up.
Also, all your sales/invoices/etc are in your Dashboard as well. Hope that helps get your issue resolved.
