Is there a way to duplicate a gallery once you have set up empty albums within it so that you don't have to do it all again if you want the same exact structure for another set of images?

I don’t think this is an option just using Shootproof from a browser. In the future it would be great if we could make albums a part of the gallery preset. Right now I believe you can just make the gallery with the settings available for gallery presets and add in albums (using a browser).
But the good news is if you use LR this is an option! Here is a link that shows how to duplicate gallery structure using the LR plugin :)
