Descriptions and images on price sheets

I have added descriptions and images to my price sheet (what is a deep matte print vs. standard print for the description, and an image that shows the relative size of photos) . However, they don’t display on the price sheet when the client orders photos! Is there a way to get this information to show on the price sheet, or is there another place in the gallery where I can list this information?

Hi @LauraCurrie! When you add a description of a product on the price sheet, it should show up when your client clicks on the item to expand it. If it doesn’t, I’d suggest reaching out to Support and they’ll be happy to take a look! Support@shootproof.com

HI @PhilipNation! Are you having trouble with your descriptions showing? Your clients should be able to see the descriptions when they click on an item to expand it. If it’s not working for you, please reach out to support@shootproof.com and they can take a look at your price sheet :)

Along these lines, where can I quickly find a description of the paper types that Miller’s offers?
