Best way for client to download entire shoot

Hi - I’m new here, so please forgive me if this is a very basic question…

I just did a shoot for a local landscaping company. My fee covers the digital files, so I don’t want them to have to go through any paywall.

I set up a gallery and sent the client a link that allows digital downloads.

BUT, as I’m checking out the link myself, I don’t see anyway to download an entire gallery or album.

Is there a way to quickly do this? I see how to download one-by-one, but there are a lot of them…

Hi @FrankMiller.

There sure is a way to download all. You have to enable a digital download rule and specify what size and who can download them. Luckily there is a template already inside of ShootProof for this. Here is how you do it.

First go to the settings of your Gallery and click on “Free Digitals” on the left.

Then you will want to create a “Digital Rule” which will be in the middle if you don’t have one, or upper right if you already have one.

You can select from a template, I’ve attached an image to show the “Original Size” rule, but you can select or customize your own.

Once you’ve done that, look at the bottom for a “Download All” toggle, you must click that for your clients to see the “Download All” button in their gallery.

I hope that helps answer your question, let me know if you have any other questions!

Good Luck!
