How do I upload a photo so that both the high resolution and websize version can be downloaded?

HI @MariaReali,

That is a great question! You only need to upload 1 photo, the full-resolution photo that you want to use is the best option. From there you can create a digital download rule and specify what size of social media photos they can download, as well as put your watermark on it right in the gallery settings.

Check out this awesome Tip of the Week! article which explain how to do what you need and a little more.

Let me know if that helps solve your problem or if you have any other questions :)

Thank you. Is there a way that both versions can be downloaded from the one file?

There sure is! When you go to set up your digital download rules, you can specify what size image they get. You setup a rule for each different size download you want them to have, there is even a preset rule for “Original Size”.

Hope that helps!
