Other payment options outside the US

Is there any plan to offer Stripe as a payment option at all for non US clients?  I prefer not to use PayPal and keep people on the same page to complete their payment.

Some clients miss the fact they don’t have to create an account with PayPal which adds to the time they take to make a purchase.

Or is there another way to take payment without using PayPal?

Hi @CarlaThomas! Depending where outside the US you are, you also have the option to use Braintree . If you’re in Canada, you have the option of Authorize.net. This article from our Knowledge Base compares the options and shows you what’s available!

I don’t know the answer to your question but I would also love to be able to use either Stripe or Square as a payment processor!!!

Hi @Megan Sorry should have mentioned I’m in the UK and only have PayPal as an option and would like to know if Stripe or something similar that can be completed in SP without taking the client to another provider is possible.

Thanks,

Carla

Hi @CarlaThomas! Just wanted to check back and see if you found the other options in the article I linked previously? It looks like the second option listed, Braintree, would meet the criteria you’re looking for! To make that change in your account, click the little person icon in the top right corner, then click “Accept Credit Cards” to change your payment processor.

Hi @Megan.  Thanks for checking back in.  I had forgotten that when setting up for payments I’d selected PayPal so of course it doesn’t show any other options.  I’ve now removed PayPal and applied for Braintree so fingers crossed it will work!

Thanks again!
