I have a few clients that have ordered digitals and prints and paid via paypal, but the orders are not showing. Anyone else having this issue ?

Just wanted to get some clarification on your issue.

 

  • Is this a self-fulfilled order?
  • Do you see the order being payed, but not processed through self-fulfilled or lab?

If you have any screenshots or any other information would be helpful.
