Hi everyone, it's the first time I've used this service and really hoping someone can help.

ive Installed shootproof plug-in to lightroom and entered the authorisation code, just before I click save I wanted to know the settings are correct in terms of file and image sizing, please can someone help.

hi @LauraWomersley! Your settings will be determined by your desired outcome. If you want original files to be uploaded, you don't need to adjust any settings for file and image sizing

If you wants to downsize your photos, then just check the box "resize to fit" under image sizing and choose a pixel dimension.

If you have any other questions, let me know!

This could be due to your internet settings (if you’re on a VPN especially), your internet speed,  or it could be the computer speed if you were exporting from Lightroom while running other programs or actions. You could run a speed test on your internet (google Speedtest), or try Publishing without running any other programs in the background to try and help narrow it down. Maybe someone else who uses a Windows machine can jump in with their experience, I’m a Mac user myself. Good luck!

Thanks so much Joy :)

I used to work on apple but I've recently changed to a dell i7

For the first time on this new laptop I've clicked publish to shootproof and it's extremely slow, do you have any idea why this would be?

Thanks
