I have a client that doesn’t own a computer (I know, 2020 and no computer) BUT my question is can she download her images and order prints through her gallery and will the quality remain the same?

Hi @KristinHarris,

Things are definitely moving to a mobile world! The short answer is YES, your client can log-in, place their orders and download the digital files using only their smart phone or tablet. Yes the quality will be the same regardless of which device they use. However, there is one detail I need to mention. When they initiate a request to download the photos, it will send a link to their email to download the photos requested. It will .zip the photos into 1 file and that could be problematic depending on the type of mobile device they use. I’ve attached instructions on how they can accomplish that using an iPhone.

How to open a ZIP file on your iPhone or iPod touch

  1. Open the Files app, then find the ZIP file or archive you want to uncompress.
  2. Tap the ZIP file or archive.
  3. A folder is created containing the files. To change its name, touch and hold on the folder, then tap Rename.
  4. Tap to open the folder.

For Android there are a few additional steps, I would recommend Google to see options available for Android.

Hope that helps!
Thanks,
