How do I troubleshoot Lightroom plug-in syncing?

Hi all - one of my team members can’t sync her LR plugin. She reports that when she goes to File > Plug-in Extras > ShootProof, “Synchronize Galleries/Albums” is grayed out. I haven’t been able to find a way to sync from another menu and I’m not having that problem, so I’m not sure how to troubleshoot…?

hey @EBirkenstein! Has your teammate tried logging out of the plug-in and logging back in? That should remedy the connection. If it doesn’t, the article I’m linking below has a Lightroom help article linked for publish services!
