WHEN A CLIENT HAS ‘FAVORITED’ IMAGES IN THEIR GALLERY, I KNOW THERE IS A BUTTON THAT I CAN HIT AND IT WILL SEND THOSE IMAGES TO MY CLIENT. MY CLIENT THEN GETS AN EMAIL SAYING THEIR IMAGES ARE READY TO DOWNLOAD. IS THERE A WAY TO CUSTOMIZE THE EMAIL THAT MY CLIENT GETS? I WANT TO ADD A DATE THAT THEY NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND SAVE THEM BY. CLIENTS THINK THAT EMAIL IS THEIR ACTUAL IMAGES AND THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE THEIR GALLERY EXPIRES, THAT EMAIL LINK TO THEIR IMAGES WILL NO LONGER WORK.

There is not currently a way to personalize this email. If you’d like to, head over to Share Your Ideas and create a request for creating a template for the “Send Files” email! I can see how adding a date would be beneficial.
