The EU pushed a lot of companies to force them to notify users when cookies are being used, this has resulted in a big push of websites throwing up a pop-up about cookies and accepting the terms on it. Is this the issue you are having on your iframe? It isn’t possible to get around that pop-up with accepting the terms, but once you do it shouldn’t pop-up for that user again.
If you could provide more details about which 3rd party site you are trying to avoid cookies to and how you have your iframe setup, I might be able to answer it more clearly.
