Auto-response to client ordering prints

Hi,

I’ve just watched through this video, which is really helpful

Is there a feature / facility anywhere in Shootproof that,when a client places an order  which needs a lab, will automatically send them a ‘thank you’ letter and explain that there may be a delay while  I check the order?

Hi @MikeMcSharry! I just noticed your question didn’t get an answer, I’m sorry!

In short, no, this isn’t an automatic email trigger. You could add this message to the order checkout screen, though. Go to Galleries > Settings > and on the Shopping Cart tab in Settings there is “Optional Message Shown at Checkout”.  I hope this helps!
