Is anyone else having this issue?
I have several clients who order photos, get their credit card charged but no order shows up on our system.
I only find out about it when the clients complains to see where their order is that they paid for.
I am using Braintree as a payment processor.

With issues around payments, it’s best that support look into individual accounts (as they can check how they’ve been set up, etc.) to try and troubleshoot issues. I know support are aware of some of the difficulties you’ve been experiencing with your account - have you reached out to them with this particular issue?
