I was told that currently this feature is unavailable. The system defaults to selling all images in your gallery. This is not an ideal situation and I request that an update is created to allow a photographer to sell their images in the quanta of our choice, rather than having to sell all the images in the gallery when the requested quantity exceeds 80, 90 0r 100.

It would be tremendously helpful to wedding photographers like me!

I certainly hope you can do this!

Thank you,

Hi Robert,  You should be able to do this by creating custom packages for the different amounts of digital images they can purchase.  Don’t turn on free downloads, instead, set up packages specifying the number of digitals included and the price for said package.  Check this out to learn how to set up packages: https://help.shootproof.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047490114--Sell-More-with-ShootProof-Packages?_ga=2.154357240.1109818200.1634672504-1361145199.1634575897   Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Ashley,

Thank you so very much for your response. My problem is I want to provide low resolution, social media quality images to my customers mere at no additional cost, with a watermark on them so they will be poor quality to print. I want to sell the full resolution which was uploaded for a higher price than my prints, $10-$15 per image. During several attempts to create a package selling my full resolution digitals, I was able to sell 80 file, but unable to sell more . The system defaulted to selling all the i ages in the gallery, which was not my intention.

Hi Robert,

You can set the album to allow free digital downloads, social media sized and watermarked only.  You can then also set up packages to include any number of images.  I just went into my account and set a package to include 130 high res digital images.  If you are still unable to add any number of images you choose to your packages, you may want to contact support as you should be able to do this.  Please let me know if I can be of help as you resolve the issue.
