I had a client pay with their credit card thru the invoice 5 days ago. Shootproof still has not released that money to me. I received an email stating that I was now eligible to cash my money out after 2 days.  I have used this option one other time and don't remember having any issues. I have emailed support half a dozen times and they are not responding.

Has anyone had this problem? What should I do? They are ignoring me. I just want my money.

Hi Genessa, I am sorry you are having difficulty receiving your payment.  I know that is very frustrating.  I just checked in with support and it looks like they have been in touch and are working to resolve the issue.  Please let me know if you need anything else!
