Hi all

Well, I managed to mess up a payment yesterday, customer paid via my paypal option but I’d added an extra e to my paypal address in the gateway so now, no one knows where the payment is. Should have gone to specsavers.

Is there anyway other than running an actual payment to test the gateway so that I can ensure its working. I wouldn’t want to keep loosing payments.

Oh no! The best way to test the functionality end-to-end would be to process a payment. Thankfully you’d only need to do that once to confirm that everything is working as intended. I hope you were able to work with PayPal to recover your funds!
