Order submitted without approval

A client submitted a print order via shootproof on Friday. It was awaiting approval (they may add a canvas) and I haven’t edited the crops on their prints yet. 
I just got an email (Monday) saying it’s been submitted to the lab for printing?! 
How and why has this happened?  Nowhere does it say that orders are auto submitted after a certain time.

Hi Stacey, This obviously doesn’t sound like it should have happened.  Have you contacted support@shootproof.com to have this sorted out?
