I used to be able to call and talk to someone. I have an issue with a client paying for a gallery. I sent an email. How long am I expected to wait? I need a real person.

hi @DianaHahn! Support is currently experiencing a high volume of requests and are working through emails as quickly as they can; rest assured it will still be a live person answering the email - the same support team you know and love. 

Since this is payment related, I likely can’t troubleshoot here, but if you’re getting an error message, this article in our Knowledge Base might be helpful in understanding what it means. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience.

Will live support via phone be coming back? Or is this a new ongoing policy to work through email. In the past, I could get an immediate answer as to whether it is user error, a flaged IP address, or an issue in the system. Sending an email and waiting over an hour isn’t instilling confidence.

Yes, phone support will return! This is just temporary. As I mentioned, there is a high volume of requests right now. Support does their best to answer as quickly as they can.

The article I linked previously explains each of the error codes, was it helpful? Those codes indicate user error, flagged IP’s, or bank declines and having that might alleviate the need to contact support. 

Either way, phone support will be returning!
