Invoice emails

I want to use a template to send “final payment soon due” reminder, but I cannot change the template. I don’t even have the ability to select any template. It would be great if I could set automated emails triggered by the date. Am I missing something?

Hi @Michele Ernst! Where are you trying to send that email from? Are you sending it manually from the invoice, from the Contacts section, or setting it up as part of an email campaign? That will determine which templates you’re able to use. Let me know and we’ll work it out!

I'd like to create and automation, but in this case, I went from invoices, email client. Email template type is default (no other options) and I cannot choose a template. Not all of my contracts are done online as is the case in this instance.
