When I placed the order I needed to for my studio at my cost, I went to pay and it won't let me pay. It says that the order total is $90.51 but won't let me pay anything on it. It shows the total in the review and when I go to the orders page it shows unpaid. Help because this is a reorder from me just not cropping correctly and I’m already lateen getting it to the customer. Thanks and I appreciate you all.
For grad packages where a print unit could be multiple sizes, is there anyway to handle this within packages? For example, an order might include 4 units. Those units could be any combination of (1) 8x10, (2) 5x7, or (4) 4x6, for example. The only thing I could figure out was to make a Product which was “Print Unit” and allow so many of those units in a Package. This tells me what images they want, but there is no way for the client to enter the size. I also need to be able to restrict how many poses they can order from. Ex: 8 print units from 3 poses is a package I offer.Anyone have any ideas for how to make this smoother?
Hi, In my state I only need to charge sales tax on the printed products. I offer packages with a set number of prints and varying number of digital files. While I can invoice this appropriately upfront by creating 2 separate line items(taxable and non taxable), upon gallery delivery Shootproof cannot seem to accommodate this sales tax situation. I only want it to tax the prints in my package. Is there anyway to do this? Seems like it should be an option. Or maybe someone knows of a work around? I’ve tried several different price list setups and the system never applies the correct tax.Customer service suggested I attach a price list with just the prints and create a digital rule in the gallery but that would hinder the client from easily upgrading to a higher digital package if I am restricting them to a certain number in the system. Additionally- do they have to input a PIN for every download? Seems so cumbersome. This should be easier and I have spent WAY too much time trying to f
I have been trying instant payout I have changed my settings to daily payouts and yet I’m still not getting my money. If this feature is not working or has this issue often I will be forced to go with other options. This service isn’t exactly inexpensive and I do like some of the features. I would really rather not have to go to another proofing company. If someone could let me know why I’m not getting my money I would appreciate it.
Hiya, Wondering about this, I have a gallery where there is a purchase all option.-customer has made an order, all downloads for $$$-customer sees and downloads. -We upload more images to gallery and a separate album, all are in same gallery though.-customer seemingly has to purchase again to download new images.?? Is there a setting I’m missing or process to make this happen?Wanting to allow customer to download all files old and new. Thx -paul
Hi there! Is there a way for us to add credits for a client that purchases something from us in-studio, so that they can fulfill that order through ShootProof? It would help us IMMENSELY to allow ShootProof to manage our production on the backend if this was possible somehow.
Hey ShootProof Team!I’ve been trying to connect with someone to get answers regarding some of my issues with the ShootProof platform. There are things I LOVE about ShootProof (the fact that you’re the ONLY platform I could find that integrates with my local lab - Technicare, for one). However, there are two major frustrations I’ve had working with ShootProof and waiting longer than a year for answers and changes to be made for those of us not based in the US is making me wonder if sticking with ShootProof is right for my business. Having the lab integration is nice, but it comes second to my payment functions as this affects my transactions with EVERY client (not just the few who choose to order prints through the gallery). My first issue (as discussed in the ideas forum) is the lack of payment integrations for international customers. We want Stripe or Square. We need options. We want something other than PayPal/BrainTree. We need something that’s more user friendly, has better custome
I have credit card payments set up through PayPal. When a client places an order through their gallery they can pay with their credit card. Yet in invoicing, I cannot select credit card as a payment method. I really need this resolved asap. I have taken all of the steps in Account- Accept Credit Cards and it is still not working.
Hi,I’ve been using JotForm to book my Christmas specials, it works great and syncs to my google calendar, google docs, google sheets. People are able to book appointments, change them, and send a deposit or pre pay for the shoot. My issue is there are many widgets in JotForm to synchronize with other apps… I use Shoot Proof to sell photos and track my sales income. It would be great if I could sync the payments with Shoot Proof as well as the contact information and link it to a gallery so its all in one place.OR maybe Jotform could be incorporated into Shoot Proof? Whichever, let’s get it all done in one place. Here is my JotForm https://form.jotform.com/212665198249264And for the grand slam and dunk… enable Shoot Proof to send out thank you cards. Thanks,Wendy
I had a client pay with their credit card thru the invoice 5 days ago. Shootproof still has not released that money to me. I received an email stating that I was now eligible to cash my money out after 2 days. I have used this option one other time and don't remember having any issues. I have emailed support half a dozen times and they are not responding.Has anyone had this problem? What should I do? They are ignoring me. I just want my money.
How long do I need to wait for Support??? Cannot take payments through Shootproof. Cannot record a payment.
I am so disappointed with the level of support from Shootproof. Now it is really affecting my business at this busy time of year. I have been palmed off to Braintree, I have been told an issue has been escalated to the development team and days between sending an email and receiving a reply. I cannot take payments through Shootproof in the shopping cart, clients cannot pay an invoice with credit card and I cannot record a payment of an invoice in my system - even if it is just a record of payment through the cash / check option. Even if a client is purchasing a ‘free’ item through the checkout (so they are not prompted for credit card details as there is nothing to process) they click on the Place Order - nothing happens. I have one mini session to do this week - that I desperately need to have available for clients in an online gallery - but its useless if I cant take payments, and I will have to set up a different gallery system. As I explained in my emails to support I do not believ
Hello I live in the Netherlands and currently I do Christmas mini sessions. Customer can choose from 4 digital files and 1 digital file (which still needs to be edited as a digital Christmas card). My question is can I change the chosen Christmas card to the edited Christmas card when the order is placed so that the customer can download everything in 1 go?
Several of my clients are experiencing right now that they can not be allowed to complete their payment and that the window with 3D secure validation does not pop up. This seems to be a problem especially with those trying to order from a smartphone.Does anyone else have til experience?
Here we go again...Several of my clients are experiencing right now that they can not be allowed to complete their payment and that the window with 3D secure validation does not pop up. This seems to be a problem especially with those trying to order from a smartphone. Now you have finally made the 3D secure payment "work" but it does not work most of the time. What's your excuse this time around?//Sebastian - Denmark
