Here we go again... 3D secure payment?

Here we go again...

Several of my clients are experiencing right now that they can not be allowed to complete their payment and that the window with 3D secure validation does not pop up. This seems to be a problem especially with those trying to order from a smartphone.

Now you have finally made the 3D secure payment "work" but it does not work most of the time. What's your excuse this time around?

Questions regarding payments and billing are best directed to support - you can reach them via support@shootproof.com and they will be happy to answer any queries you may have. It is also useful to report to Support as they can track if there’s multiple instances being reported, which can in turn support the product team in finding a resolution.

If it actually helped to write to support, I would certainly settle for that.

My last suggestion and topic in here, was to make your 3D secure payment work.

 

It took shootproof 7 months to fix this, it cost me several thousand dollars.

Along the way you managed to give me false deadlines and not keeping promises.

And also to tell one of my competitors from Denmark that I also struggled with not being able to receive payment. This resulted in you giving him my private contact information so he could contact me to hear if I had a solution to your problem.

 

If this is not in the interest of all your users to know how you deal with problems, then I have a hard time seeing what is.
