Error 500 with sending orders to print

Can anyone help me?

Ive had this message for a few days when i try and send something to print.


internal server error

Ive been emailing shoot proof for help but no response.

I find it completely unacceptable that just beacuse there was a holiday in the US that the rest of the world has to wait. I have client 12 orders in limbo beacuse of this.

Can anyone help me resolve this while shoot proof are taking so long?

Hi, I too am having this same issue for the past 2 months, I have raised this with you guys with no resolution and I’m completely dissatisfied with the level of support Shoot Proof are providing. I have completed my own trouble shooting and clearly its an error with your web servers, please provide a solution to this problem ASAP as this is affecting my business. Regards Neeta
